How do I return an item?

sojitek stands behind our labels with a "NO HASSLE" guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the performance of our product, we will replace your order or refund your money except the shipping charge we paid for shipping. We guarantee our products to be free of defects and will gladly exchange or refund any unused item found to be defective within 30 days of receipt.

How does it work?

1.  Use the form on the Contact Us page to provide a brief description of the problem (please be sure to include your Order/Invoice Number).

2.  Our Customer Service representative will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you shipping instructions for the Order that you wish to return. If the item is defective/not working correctly, we will send a prepaid return label.

3.  Print the invoice for the order you are returning and place it inside the package. 

  • Go to My Orders
  • Find the order you are returning 
  • Click 'View or Change Order'
  • In the top right hand click 'Need to Print an Invoice'

4.  Return the product to the following address (please be sure to include the RMA# provided to you):

5.  Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return.  A refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).

Items Different from what I Ordered:

If by chance we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please call us at 714-258-2288 or Contact Us and we will correct this for you immediately. At this time, we will arrange to collect the wrong item(s) and ship you the correct item(s). 


  • All returns require a return authorization. Items received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted and will be either rejected or returned are your own cost. 
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly suggest you include tracking and insurance with your shipment.
